All real soap is made with lye. However, once saponification is complete, no lye remains in the finished bar — only pure, skin-loving soap.

Hi, I love your soaps. I have to say I prefer the pear scent over the gardenia. I will continue to try other ones though!
The scent takes me back to when I was a kid and my folks had a gardenia in the yard. The flower's scent is wonderfully captured in this soap, yet not too strong. The smooth bar is kind to my skin and lathers very well.
I love all the soaps I get. The bars produce a rich velvety lather that cleanses deeply and keeps my face moist. It's important when you're in the 80's. The smell is clean pure sunshiny flowers.
