Refund Policy — Soap Shack Farms

At Soap Shack Farms, we take great pride in the quality of every handcrafted product we make. Your satisfaction means the world to us.

Returns & Refunds Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our soap and bath products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@soapshackfarms.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we will correct the order promptly.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and we may be unable to cancel it.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
