Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your handmade products arrive safely and beautifully. All orders are shipped from our small farm in Hazel Green, Kentucky.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Because everything we make is handcrafted in small batches, occasionally some items may require a little extra time. We'll always keep you informed if there's a delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship via USPS to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days
  • Free Shipping on orders over a qualifying amount — see checkout for current threshold

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Packaging

We're committed to eco-conscious packaging. We use recycled and minimal materials wherever possible, because we love the earth as much as we love what it gives us.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened products in their original condition. Because our products are handmade and perishable by nature, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Return Postage: If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle, no questions asked. In these cases, return postage will be covered by Soap Shack Farms.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions and a return address.
